Terms and Conditions:

 

 

1.本公司所出售的產品及成品線, 於購物1年內提供保修服務; 購物超過1年,
客戶需要支付零件及人工維修費用;
Our company provides a one-year warranty for the products and finished cables sold. If the purchase is over one year, customers will be responsible for the cost of parts and labor for repairs.

 

 

2.客戶需提供購買的証明, 包括銷售記錄或本公司授權商戶所發出的銷售單據, 以獲得保修服務;
Customers need to provide proof of purchase, including sales records or sales receipts issued by our authorized merchants, to obtain warranty service.

 

 

3.保修服務不包括以下情況: 包括所有意外、不正當使用、濫用或自行修改的成品線材或產品;
Warranty service does not cover the following cases: accidents, improper use, abuse, or self-modification of the cables or products.

 

 

4.Labkable 保留最終保修服務的權利。
Labkable reserves the right to determine the final warranty service.

 

 

5.取消訂單: 當客戶完成付款後,系統會自動發送訂單資料至客戶確認,抱歉因此未能安排取消或更改任何確定後的訂單。本公司建議閣下可以先將心儀貨品放入購物車,填寫個人資料時請留意電郵資料是否正確, 方便接收訂單確認電郵後才付款。
Order Cancellation: Once customers have completed the payment, the system will automatically send the order details for customer confirmation. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to arrange cancellations or changes to confirmed orders. We recommend that youadd desired items to your shopping cart and ensure that your email information is correct when entering your personal details. This will allow you to receive the order confirmation email before making the payment.

 

 

6.退款政策: 本公司所有出售的產品, 包括調音用品、成品線或散線切售等線材, 均不設退款或退換服務。特殊情況, 如產品出現質量等非人為問題, 客戶可於購物七天內聯絡銷售及客戶服務部更換同款產品(Whatsapp: 9226 6261)。
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold, including audio equipment, finished cables, or bulk cables. In special circumstances, if a product has non-human-induced quality issues, customers can contact our sales and customer service department within seven days of purchase to arrange for a replacement of the same product (WhatsApp: 9226 6261).

 

 

7.付款方式: 為了讓客戶有更優質的購物體驗, 本公司現備有以下的付款方法。
信用卡(Visa /MasterCard), PayPal, PayMe (PayMe 只限應用程式版本) 或FPS轉數快轉賬。
Payment Methods: To provide customers with a better shopping experience, we offer the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, PayMe (PayMe is only available on the application version), or FPS (Faster Payment System) bank transfer.

 

 

8.配送及運費: 客戶凡購物滿港幣$800, 可享有本地免費送貨優惠。購物少於港幣$800, 會安排順豐運費到付。特大商品如擴散板等則需另加收費。本公司首選順豐快遞為本地物流伙伴, 可以安排送貨到指定住址、商業地址、順豐營業點、或順豐智能櫃自取。**如訂單需發送到海外,請先向客戶服務主任查詢運費**
Delivery and Shipping Fees: Customers who make a purchase of HKD $800 or more are eligible for free local delivery. For purchases below HKD $800, we will arrange delivery through SF Express with shipping fees paid upon receipt. Additional fees may apply for oversized items such as diffusion panels. We prefer to use SF Express as our local logistics partner and can arrange delivery to specified addresses, commercial addresses, SF Express stores, or self-pickup from SF Express smart lockers. *** For orders that need to be shipped overseas, please contact our customer service representative for shipping fees in advance.***

 

 

9.預計送貨日期: 本公司收到客戶訂單後, 現貨產品或散線會安排於兩個工作天內出貨; 如客戶訂制成品線材, 本公司會盡快處理, 線材制作連煲線的時間大約五個工作天內會安排出貨。出貨後, 本公司會更新順豐單號於訂單資料並電郵客戶。
Estimated Delivery Date: For in-stock products or bulk cables, we will arrange shipment within two working days after receiving the customer’s order. If customers order custom-made cables, we will process the order as soon as possible. The production and burn-in time for cables is approximately five working days before shipping. After the shipment is made, we will update the SF Express tracking number in the order details and send it to the customer via email.
